I got a 3250 the other day and i bought it off a friend it worked perfect for two days but i got a problem now...
whenever i try to bluetooth something it tells me to delete data memory full or soemthing but there is a 512 memory stick in there. it think the phone memmory is full but i deleted everything movies,pictures,sounds all that stuff it still tells me the same thing what do i need to delete? its really frustrating:con?
I think that is RAM memory, not card memory. See if it has a lot of background applications open, and close it. Could be also, phone memory, and what need to be cleaned is Messages, or other stuff, but from phone memory. 3250 have a very limited memory!

try to format d mem card.
There are actually 2 memory pools in 3250. 1 is external memory and the other is internal built-in memory. any thing transfered via blue tooth is alwayz received as an sms into the internal memory which is 10 MB. any then greater then 10 MB cannot be transfered using blue tooth. if yr required transferable is less then 10 MB then try to clear yr internal phone memory.
go to mesaging
select options ;
1. select settings
2.select other
3.change "memory in use" from phone memory to memory card
thats all ,your problem is solved
