Web Error

Hi, whenever i try to access the web on my 9300, i get the folloeing message;

Program Closed
Program : Web
Reason Code : KERN-EXEC
Reason : 3

What do i need to do to solve this problem?

Right.
I am just a beginner and cannot explain why or what. However I did have that message on a specific occasion, while attempting to access a website I had bookmarked earlier (and could access easily) after changing the setting to "fit on 1 page" display.
I would therefore suggest to change your home page to Google (for instance, because it is a very light page) and try to connect.

Reformat: remove battery, press Ctrl+Shift+F and keep the pressed, insert battery, and when you get the prompt to format the phone or not, choose to do so.

Save your data before you do it.

Reformatting may solve the problem for Vee Dub but in my case it didn't: it is a specific website (www.lemonde.fr) that I access with no problem in normal mode but crashes with the option "fit on one page".
No other site does it (not quite true, the Times online Sudoku crashes as well but that is another story 😉 )

Then it sounds like a browser defect (= bug). If it has been fixed, then whatever is the latest phone software (firmware) should help. A Nokia repair center can help you with that.
