I Think my Phone is Dead!!!

changed my product code!! went to update, then phone switched off as it was about to install update now it won't switch on or show it is charging... have i erased O.S??(N73)

Thats what it does .... when it's updatting.. putting a " new " OS on...

This took mine about 1 hr 20 .... during which time the screen was off.....

I waited and then when told to .. restarted it...

It was as new.. fab

If you unplug the phone before it's finished... or doomed!!!....

Try reflash and see what happends.. or goto a nokia service Centre ...

Or use it as a door stop

Go to a Nokia Service, they can handle that.
