Hi All,
Am tempted to upgrade the firmware on my N73 to the music edition.
But - before I bother trying, does anyone know if you get prompted for the phone lock code in order to flash firmware?
I ask, as I bought the n73 second hand off flea-bay, and don't know the phone lock code. It's not the standard 12345, and the chap I bought it from never knew it either apparently!
Thanks,
Paul
1 - N73 cant be upgraded to N73 Me (by legal way);
2 - With NSU is not necessary know which is the lock code, because is an auto process, in which the phone is recognized and is only with "next" press, and it was and keeps to be an N73.
Thanks. I know all the gumph for changing product codes etc.
What I need to know is, through the process of changing product codes (using NSS), or updating firmware (usingh NSU) - are you prompted for the phones lock code?
Which, I think I understand from your message, that you don't get prompted.
So - I may just embark on some firmware upgrade fun 😊
I do the upgrade at two N73... Auto process, with "Next" button and wait...
I want to know just one thing from u.. i lost my lock code n73. can i update the firmware without lock code? yes or No.....😮
