Cannot update firmware on N73

Hi guys,

I'm trying to update my firmware to the latest 'Music' edition for my N73 but it's not working for some reason. I go to the update page and download the update (16mb), then i go through the settings and it says it cannot find any updates for it?

What can be the problem? The firmware i have is: 2.0628.0.0.1

Any help appreciated.

That N73 is an N73 ME? IS a network locked device?

Hi, The N73 isn't an ME edition. It's currently on the Three network in the UK.

N73 is not upgraded to N73 ME (not direct...). And if is on 3, maybe is a locked device, and does not have new firmware.

So what's my way around it? I want to get the ME software - or the latest one which is on the Nokia website.. anyone?

Do a little search on threads of today... is already explained how. But I think we couldn�t talk about that here, is against forum rules.
