I got my m600i 2 days ago. I went through the setup and chose english. All the prompts and preexisting text on the phone is in english. If I go to the the CP and choose language, it says it's english. But whenever I try to create a new contact, the virtual keyboard and the handwriting recognition are both in chinese. I already have 90+ contacts in the phone and all those are in english. This problem just started this morning. Even if I try to edit a contact that is currently in english, the new characters I add are all chinese. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?

They eventually gave up and asked me to do a master reset. That worked. Of course, I ended up having to redo all my settings. sigh.
