Netwell Group Calendar for Lotus Notes 4.6 or newer is a great tool for your Lotus Notes teams to connect several Notes calendars to one automatically by server updated view. You can manage appointments and reservations of your team simply at one view. Every team member can personally choose whether to show or hide a calendar entry from the group view. No design changes are needed to Notes mail databases.

Easy to use

Netwell Group Calendar is a Lotus Notes database which you can copy as many times you need. Licensing is server basis, so single team calendar can contain an unlimited number of persons and every user can be simultaneously joined to one or more team calendar. Netwell Group Calendar looks and works just like your own calendar, so it needs no education.

Web browsers can also access Netwell Group Calendar, so you can easily check your team's appointments wherever you are connected to Internet. Just install the product and you will get the benefits of group scheduling at once.

Easy to install

Just copy one nsf-file to your Domino server's data-directory, open the database with the id, which has enough rights to run scheduled agents on your server. Enter a database title, agent server, how many days you want to keep old entries and persons and groups, whose calendars you are going to join. Now the group calendar will update itself as adjusted. You can change the settings any time by going to Group Calendar Setup (in Notes actions).
