Hi,
I recently got an N73 and have decided that it is not the phone for me. It is clearly a very excellent and capable phone, but I simply do not need something so packed with functions and will trade it in for a simpler device.
As i am going to take it back to the shop, i would like to be able to erase the memory completely so that there is no trace of my personal details on the phone including contacts and where i have been on the internet etc.
I hope someone out there is able to help. I would be most grateful.
