Nokia 3250 steady issues!

Hello all,

I very new to the phone and this forum too. I got a lot of help from here so I decided to register and thank all who were a part of this site.

I recently bought the Nokia 3250 not too happy with the phone but it saves me the effort of carrying my mp3 player and phone separately. I noticed that the camera is just to please :icon13: and does not have the clarity or flexibility of use. Check the 6270 camera :icon14:Then there is this problem of the phone re-booting it self 😡 When playing mp3's suddenly there is silence and you look at your phone it's waking up again!

Now something new that has to do with draining out the battery of the phone. Keep the menu key pressed and you will see the number of applications running on your phone in standby :con? Mostly music player, contacts, log, camera etc.. The only solution is to go to the application and formally exit them. So irritating! Nokia is loosing it guys. Although unaware to the user this does eat your battery. It's like a silent killer.

I need solutions to these bugs I think writing to Nokia would be the best cause I am going to use this phone for a long time now. I should have bought the Nokia 6270 but it lacked features of playback in the hands free 😡

If you want close apps, just press the Red Key before go to menu and start a new one.

My friend got the same phone, I know a few things about it:
-Yeah, the 2MP camera sucks, even the 1.3 MP camera of the old phones is much better
-every nokia phone i had newer than 6600 reboots itself from time to time, whenever it happens i just take it to any service center, then it won't reboot for a week or two
-just press the red key to close the apps, if you want to close an app when holding the menu key without closing it formally as you say, press "c"

-if you bought N70, you would've saved so much effort, it has better features than 3250(3250 has better speakers though), and you can put old spreaded apps in it

Wirelessly posted (Nokia3250/2.0 (3.18) SymbianOS/9.1 Series60/3.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

you can close running apps😮pen simple taskman (holding the menu key).highliting the apps, press 'C' Button.
