Nokia 3230 eating its phone memory!!!

Perhaps you could explain what you mean with "eats its phone memory"? What are you trying to do, exactly (steps to reproduce)? What happens (including any and all error messages as-is, word-for-word)?

There are two folders in which files are growing by themselves:
C:\System\Apps\VisualRadio\
C:\System\Data\cbs
Delete these two bastards. If you have music stations stored, they'll be erased and you'll need to store them again. The second folder needs to be renamed before delete (make it cbs1 for example).

i tried to reformat it,but after reformatting, the phone memory was 447kb but when i tried using some application(message, visual radio, games etc. the phone memory starts to increase now i have about 1556kb. i dont know where the heck does the 1556kb is going. i dont think that i am using the phone memory, all my files are at my memory card not on the phone memory!!! pls help:con?

OK, got it. The phone memory is used for contacts, messages, appointments, configuration files and so on. I am afraid that you can't do many things regarding this. Search on the forum for MsvDriveE, install it and run it once. Note that nothing will be displayed when runing it. This helps to save your messages onto the MMC. Intall all the apps onto the MMC and select the MMC also for video and pictures taken by the camera. On my old 3230 I always had at least 2 MB occupied on the phone memory and this was happening when I was cleaning the mentioned folders regularly. Another files which can be deleted without any problems are C:\Nokia\StarterMonLog.txt and C:\System\Intall\install.log

Well is not happening only on 3230, my N70 does the same but the phone's memory is bigger and it is not so visible in performance.
