I use Nokia N93i.
If I do restore to factory settings (green button+*+3), will it install default themes & application again?

dude you need to type into you phone as if you are making a call the following

*#7370#

then when it asks you to type in the following pin number 12345

I have an E51 that I would like to completely reset.
Have tried the #7370# service request, but it doesn't go through.
Is there another way to do a reset?

PS. the trouble happened with downloading Windows Live. It downloaded ok but can't be opened, and this seems to have screwed up the processor. Everything is very slow now. And I cannot figure out how to delete the downloaded file. All help would be appreciated

You forgot the asterisk; it is *#7370# and not just #7370#
