Sometimes when I am using the video on the 990i when i press the button to end recording the phone freezes and i need to take the battery out in order to get the phone working again. Then when I go to look at the video it says there have been problems with the capture.
I have the latest firmware etc, is this a problem others are having and if so what solved it.

Ive been using a p990i for the last 4 months and the phone used to hang every now n then. Then I got the phone replaced by SE with a new software now it hangs if the camera cover is opened during a call again the company has offered to replace the handset for a new one. There is no need to take the battery out as there is a feature to reset the phone by pressing and holding the on/off button down for 6-7 seconds. But this is a problem and let us see what happens with the new handset??
