New phone

Take it back and ask for another - If its under 14 days old that is... In the UK your have every right to do so... Dont know about non UK tho, wud be nice if you posted country

If you do do the above and ARE in the UK you can take it back but they are only obliged by law to flash it up to the new version not give a new handset.... Even tho some may gove a new handset. Also to send and return items the consumer [yourself] is not required to pay for return, thats the responsibilty of Nokia or who ever you bought it off - Once again I dont know what the law stats outside of UK

i have read his post, but i just don't get it, why he has to do that on purpose?? i mean if his phone is still ok, then why do someone wanna do that? does he has time to go to NSC and do some arguing?

it might still be on warranty but frankly, i wouldn't have the time to visit NSC if i don't have to!

Won't a hard reset fix the problem ?

I dont want to seem greedy but i want a brand new phone.Its basically just my case that is well scratched.Had a bit of trouble with phone rebootin itself
