How do you save all your Contacts & Calendar data?

Im planning to format my device and use a new MMC. I donloaded already all the .sis package frm the Nokia site.
How do you save (back-up) all your contacts and calendar data? I have been trying the remote sync but I cant seem to get it to work? Is there another way?
Please help.

There are 2 options. Eigter you use a program for this called Card Mover. eighter U use one MMC Crad reader to copy all your data from old MMC to the new MMC. You might still encounter one problem to some read only files, But I am shure Yoy can skip this point.
