When u say BT Dongle, do u mean the hardware or the BT software???
Billionton works just fine, after i changed the BT software.
Since most hardwares (the actual adapters) are about the same, its the software that seems to be the issue in this instance.
I'm uses MSI Transceiving Key. Works fine on my PC.
Not very stable on a slow machine example: PII or below.
