My previous SE had an 'always on' option for Infrared! this would be Excellent for the 7650, anysuch device that does this?

when the phone has established a connection with nokia pc suite it doesnt disconnect until you tell it to.

I dont see the use of it,why would you need an always on infrared function?

Yes it'll drain the battery, How about "In demand On Feature"? So that whenever someone is connecting through IR, then this setting will automatically turn on the IR???

Becuase I'm pretty sure that means 'always on,' you can't recieve bits and not send a confirmation 😞
