Good program to join videos with SUPER?

i have encoded some 3GPP correctly with Super, but fail to find a good program which joins them and preserves aspect and DON'T inflate the file size alot. I've tried mediacoder but it won't do it.

For small files, under 10 minutes, you can use the editor from the phone.
