is there an upgrade for firmware V 3.0617.0.6?

there is an updated version to your firmware, but it may depend on your location and what network you are on as to whether you have the latest version for your particular phone..

The website for checking the firmware is great, it realy helps.

I'll be going back to the Nokia service centre and ask the guys there to try again, as acording to the website I supouse to be using the version:

u can use the official nokia updater program that supports the n80, its pretty straight forward, you'll need the usb cable

Thanks Wolverine, I'll try that when I get home and will go to service centre anyway.

I'll post a reply again with the results, hopefuly it will help on a few issues I'm having with my phone, including phone loosing power when ringing.
