N73 Internet Edition — Nokia N71, Nokia N73 and Nokia N75

Hello all,

whilst searching the web looking for the best product code to use to upgrade to ME i came across this.

N73 V3.0638.0.0.43 Internet Edition
Which includes Yahoo search engine and windows lives. It is also has all of the ME features (ME audio player and features and a song with an album art, In My Heart, by Moby. Equaliser, Visuals)

These are the two products codes which i found for nss.

Hong Kong version region 14 (inclusive of English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese input)
0539366

Taiwanese version region 10 (English + Traditional Chinese input)
0539364.

The above info i found on gsm-forum.

However if you google 'N73 Black Internet Edition' you will find quite a bit of information on the subject.

i have not tried this, as i am more than happy with lastest ME. However i am not sure what new features the firmware will include other than a yahoo search engine and windows live.

i am unable to view chinese webpages on the PC!!! sorry that this is all the information i have.

The Nokia N73 Internet Edition contains all of the features of the Music Edition, but the multimedia key in the Music Edition goes straight to the music player. The Internet Edition retains the function of the original multimedia key where you can configure your own shortcuts to applications. They also included Windows Live Messenger and a few shortcuts to popular websites in the Internet folder. Otherwise, same as the Music Edition.

I've just successfully updated my N73 to the Internet Edition. I have noticed the fonts are much rougher and not as smoother as before. Previously I had the Euro version firmware but now I got the Taiwan version. Anyone know how to change fonts?

No Wifi, just some webby type apps that are freely available elsewhere.

There is no Euro version, only Hong Kong, Chinese and Taiwanese.
