How to cancel temp files? any idea to get more RAM?

I am trying to see how to cancel temp files and get the communicator quicker. Any suggestion? thanks.

You know if any software can "virtually" use more memory as RAM (getting for exemple from mmc) so that our 9210 can works better?

ctrl+shift+I button when you see the shake hand pic in the pda of the 9210. Obviously you do it when you have re-booted your device 😉
