Help, 6680 failing keypad!!

Hello!

My 6680 is gone weird! Every key has another function, nothing is reacting like it should... 1=625 3=7 green=7 etc etc Does anyone have the same problem?

I did let him fall once, but strange is that the evening before the phone worked fine, I heard a beep at night and in the morning I found it working like this.

I updated the firmware using Nokia's online updater...

Is this a hardware problem?? HELP HELP

Try a cleaning process first. But, could be hardware:frown:

I mean dust! Could be dust. So try cleaning first. But could be also hardware damage.
