hey i can you help me on my problem on my nokia 3250. the problem is when i have a new mess. the nme cannot recognse the name only the number. pls help me

does it happen with all the numbers/names or any one particular number/name

yes all the name on my phone bk!!! my frnd also incounter this problem. pls

wel..maybe just maybe there is a conflict between the numbers stored on your phone memory and your sim memory...try toi transfer all your sim contacts on your phone contacts and then delete the numbers /names which are repeated so that they occupy only one memory location...hope this helps..keep me posted..
