PC Suite Not Working

Help Me

Have latest version of PC Suite and a N72.

Have backed up N72 previously with no issues.

Went to back up and PC would not recognise the phone. Reinstalled PC Suite. Still not working. Checked phone found that SIS file originally installed by PC Suite missing! Maybe the kids did something! Lesson learned not to leave phone around!

But when reinstalled PC Suite the SIS file did not load onto the N72. Does anyone have access to the SIS file so I can reinstall via the MMC card? Please attach and I will try.

Was this posted like in december or november? anyways i'm a little late on the reply.

your computer does not recognize the phone at all? like when you plug the phone in, the pc suite says that nothing is connected? if so, you need to uninstall the drivers for the phone and what not. after the drivers are uninstalled, reinstall pc suite.
