e61 startup screen or "desktop"

Is it possible to customize the "desktop" by putting additional apps there instead of having to open up the menu and goto "installed apps" icon?

Can I also get rid of some of the installed apps that come with the phone? For example I have Aqua Calander.. so can I have that as my main calander as opposed to the s60 one?

Hi and welcome,

if you are referring to the icons across the top then goto menu..settings..phone..standby mode..active standby apps and change them from there.

to delete apps find the icon in the menu, press options, normally left soft button, then select remove from the menu.
