N80IE and Serch app wit WiFi

Hi,
can you use Serch app (the one in Internet folder) with WiFi? 😡

I can't, it only works with GPRS/UMTS connection, altough my WiFi connection works well with other apps like web browser and Download!

same problem!
tried with different wlans but works only with GPRS/UMTS.
Other extra-apps (eg Yahoo GO) works well with wlan.
I've also tried to unistall the search app. Worked but the search-globalplugin gave an unistall error, and I wasn't able to remove this file only.
Restarted the phone and reinstalled Search but...same problem 😞
I do not really need the search function but the map function is pretty good.

I guess this issue is by design, so mobile providers may have an incoming.

I can change it to use any connection on mine (inc. wifi). Go into the local search app. The settings, connection, and choose the default connection you want to use.
