Image folders

Ok, am I being totally stupid or is this not possible ?

All I want to do is group my pictures into folders and then when I browse through them using Gallery > Images & video, instead of seeing all images, I can see folders which I can then open and see their contents ?

I was able to do this on my 7650, 660 & 6680 but I'll be damned if I can find this on the N73 !

I have tried creating Albums but they don't do what I need them to do. I've been able to create folders on the memory card and drop images into them, but whenever I go to view the images they are all visible at the same level.

Any help most gratefully appreciated 😊

This is one of the "improvements" on the new gallery application.

I know, it sucks, its stupid, unusable, silly, etc. etc. etc.

Bugger :frown:

Thought as much. Although, flicking through the manual, it does state that....

You can browse and open folders; and mark, copy, and move items to folders.

I guess by "folders" they mean the main folders already on the phone and not sub folders :frown:

Oh well, thanks for your response anyway 😊
