Was just wondering if there is any app that does this or is anyone developing it.
The current log has certain filters, but does not have filters such as, list all calls for a certain date range. Or list all calls made to a certain number. List all activity for a particular number on a particular date. I think it would be quite useful. Right now, one has to scroll through that whole list and one more click to see all the details.
Maybe a calendar type view and on click showing all activity for that day/week/month should be possible.

I think it's a good ideal for a appl. Perhaps developers can look into it for making it?

The ideal app would/should have these features.
1. Log of all communication (Filterable) during a date range. Or on a particular date.
2. Calendar type view for communication
3. If call rates can be specified, then call costs should also be made available.
4. And to add the icing on the cake, an export to CSV/Excel format should be possible to get our very own itemised billing 😉
I hope this is not too much to ask 😃

We are currently developing a call log manager to be able to edit (add/delete) entries made in this log, currently nokia only allows a Log = Off and log = On which isnt good for those who wish to keep parts of their log private without arousing suspicion by deleting the whole log.
i stumbled across this page while looking for possible ways to 'gold-plate' the app ready for the market, I am willing to instruct our team to include these features above as i feel they are marketable.
I would like to hear from anyone interested in this app or even those who would be willing to beta test (please note we expect feedback from all beta testers, so no free loaders please). I would like at least 2 people with each S60 version NOKIA only. I believe that would be a minimum of 6. i want to track on my phone so that if anyone uses my phon i can detect the called or dialled numbers...
