Synch SIM card Messages with PC Suite for 9500

Does anyone have any idea how to synchronize/save/backup SIM card messages on the 9500 to the PC using PC Suite etc?
I have over 400 messages saved on the 9500 and I want to save them to the PC. (I use MS Outlook to synch my contacts in the 9500.)

Its simple enough to back them up. Syncing, i;m not so sure about.

If you're using PC suite, you should also have a 'Nokia Phone Browser' in your windows explorer.

If you select that when your phone is connected to PC suite via cable/bluetooth whatever, then you can access your inbox,outbox,sent & drafts from windows explorer.

My phone is called 'Nethack' so if i'm using explorer i go:

Nokia Phone Browser -> Nethack -> Messages

Its then a simple matter to select the message(s) you want to backup and drag them to wherever on your PC you want them backed up to.
