How to transfer applications from phone memory to card memory?

Just installed a new 2GB sandisk memory card on my N80, and would now want to transfer applications previously downloaded to the phone memory (handy safe, handy weather etc) to the new card. How do I do it ? I cannot see the application files in the File manager ??
Would appreciate some advice on this.

Reinstalling them is the only way. Hope you saved the original installation files and registration codes (easier to reinstall, if you did).
