Transferring Apps

Bought a 1 gig card and put in the phone and doh! didnt realise i had installed some apps initially onto my 64 meg card that came with the phone.

Does anybody know if I can transfer installed Apps from one memory card back to the phone... or do I have to reinstall the apps again??????
