BT Headset Always on...

N70, 6680, 6630 (latest firmwares) - all of them do the same thing...

I have a BT Car Kit and it works great, however, I cannot disable it (short of turning off BT) by using the phone profiles.

Under Tools/Settings/Phone/Enhancement you can choose a Headset type and then the default profile for it to work with. Does this not mean the device should be off for other profiles? i.e. if I set the Headset to be Default Profile "General" it should be off when the profile is "Meeting", no?

The reason I want to do this is because I am unable to record a voice memo while the phone is connected to the bluetooth car kit, all I get is a blank recording. If I disconnect BT, then I can record a voice memo.

Thanks!

Once you activate bluetooth, it remains on until you switch it off, it doesn't have anything to do with the enhancement profile.
