I have been annoyed for the past year with my 6260, the problem arises randomly when I write SMS. At first I am able to write normally, then randomly it would slow down and typing gets lag, meaning there is a big delay of the letters I input compared with the display in the screen.. Eventhough I am continously typing, the letters would slowly show up in the display after some delays.. It's very annoying when inputting long SMS or when this bug/error/problem arises just at the start of the message.. By the way, I also made sure that all other applications are not running to make sure it doesn't cause up the delay..:frown: 😡

Check if it have the last FW version inside.
What is the latest version? but does it address the problem? Since I have read that some users who upgraded their firmware experienced more problems/difficulties than their old firmware, so i am quite cautious.. thanks still. 😊
Type *#0000#. The last FW for 6260 I think is: RM-25 V 3.0536.0.
The FW upgrade should always be donne. The maker of phone can make a mistake, but is always fast corrected. And for that phone, the last FW should be very stable. Go to a Nokia Service to do that. If not correct the problem, or the phone have a damaged (hardware) or is like that. And only with the last FW you can have the sure.
