[Problem] Will Auto Restart and will not Receive Signal...

I have bought a new N3250 Mobile just two days before. Its getting rebooted by itself for every 2 or 3 mins. When its on it is not catching the signal. Please help. I formated the Phone memory also but, it dint worked. Please Help.
