My 'memory' displays this :
calandar 777B
contacts 61kB
documents 180B
messages 520kB
images 552kB
sound files 101kB
applications 88kB
mem in use 2993kB
free memory 1100kB
First off, what's the difference between B and kB? B is really small, right? Secondly, I have nothing in my calandar ... where does 777 come from? In my 'manager' I have 7 programs installed equalling 986kB. Aren't these applications? Then where is this listed? If I add up that list, I don't get nearly 3MB in use. What are documents actually? I'm pretty sure I've got something messed up (probably B, kB and MB) How does it work though?
😮
1MB = 1024 KB
1 KB = 1024 B
1 B = 8 bits :P
That's it 8)
1MG = 1024 KB = 1024 B
OR
1024B= 1 KB
1024KB = 1MG
IT IS THE MEASUREMENT OF STORAGE
I HOPE I AM RIGHT
But you're focusing on the wrong parts of the post 😉 The main question is : why is calandar got 777 if nothing is in there? What are documents? Why is apps so low if I KNOW my downloaded programs are nearly 1MB?

Well,777B is very small amount of memory,probably they are some calendar app configiuration setings.
Afaik, "apps" only takes java-applications into account, no native *.sis-apps.

You are probably right,but that is not the point here.I dont see why Dobly is so worried,its only 777B,when he has got 3999223 left 😃[/code]
