Help needed "unable to load configuration"

I have the same problem: I have spent hours trying to sync my SE P990i with my OE 2003 under XP SP2.... but no success.

I get "unable to load configuration".... what should I do ? any body has a solution ?

Should it be in Phone mode or Transfer mode ? The help in the phone says one thing... the PDF help says another...

I think that is the problem with sw, it will work fine only on first installation after that ..no matter how many time u reinstall it will no work...I cant help u with the sw problem but i can tell a way to read the mem card in cell like in a card reader
Make sure th SE sw is installed {for drivers}.
connect Usb calble
switch off the phone ....it will go in connection mode and u can access the phone in my computer.
I desperatly wanted to transfer music .I read blog here and other site and came to know there is prblm with sw and nt os .I installed all other sw like myphoneexplore etc..they were good but didnt transfer mp3 s😊

what I observed is when I install this pc suite for p990(from the PC Suit CD) in any other system means first installation on any system the application just works perfectly.

Please help me how to solve this problem because I need to Install the application on the same machine on which it was working before

AFTER 2 days and one night i DICOVERED problem, just log of, log on as admin on this machine not domain if you using it or simply change account and try, and after this on this account you will se that everything woks, after just replace everything on your account , delete sony teleca etc on you account and will be ok
