Bluetooth/gallery plroblem

hi guys this is my first post on the 6600 forum but i just bought my nokia 6600 phone 2 weeks ago and now my bluetooth does not on and my gallery and file manger do not open
so please if anyone knows how i can resolve this problem then please help

If is a new phone, change for another one, an guarantee. If is not the case, try a Firmware upgrade.
