Access from computer

What kind of "serious tasks" did you have in mind, exactly?

Please specify your phone model and connection type (if Bluetooth, then what drivers), and also, what tasks do you mean?

I recommend freeware called Y-browser. Install it to the phone and You can access those hidden files too. No need for Bluetooth, or USB connection.
