I had my N73 since Dec 18th it was dropping bluetooth so today so i went to leeds to ask them if they update the software they said no so i phoned o2 up told them what has happend and they said ok we will be sending you a new nokia n73 so ok fine.
*So Does any one kno how i can clear my phone so they nothing on it no more just as it came before i got it as i could do this for my n-gage and my 6230i.*

This is the phone format code, not reset... but it cleans all...
yep i got my new exchange phone from o2 this morning swap for swap and it was same dropping bluetooth so i upgraded it to a new version my self as i found how to update it so iam now on v3.0638.0.0.30 :icon14:
