I think this is a matter we need to resolve. It's very true that there are a recent repeated thread in our forum 7650 group. Many FAQs and related are already been resolve, ie, BT Ports, BT connectivity related problem, Firmwares, etc. These posts are already inside... newbie just lazy to make a search for the answer... also means... THEY REFUSE or LAZY TO SEEK for answer.
I feel that such issues should have hightlight to new user who just registed. There should be a big notice before they have submit as new user.
And also over at the main page, the FAQ should have embed at the main page too.
