Using a bluetooth Mouse with Web Browser

No it's not. Unlike keyboards, there is no standard interfaces to control a mouse pointer in S60. In fact, there isn't even support for mouse pointers in S60. The mouse pointer that you see in Web is just a trick of the developpers, a fake pointer simulated by the Web software itslef and not controlled in any way by the operating system itself. That said, it is possible that, technically, the developpers of Web could add support for bluetooth mouse. It's very unlikely they'll do though since it would probably involve loads of work and the target audience would be a tiny minority of users. Note that Web is an open source project so if you feel like it, go ahead and add support for bluetooth mouse.
