Search for NoLogo. I don't know exactly hwo myself but I use this to remove teh Op logo from my phone
do you mean the op logo between singal and bat strength, or a boot up op logo??
The operator logo (in the traditional sense) can be changed with FExplorer - http://gosymbian.com/fexplorer_new.php
If you want to change the start up logo that's available in the settings menu.

that link works for a sis file but the .sis file isnt compatible...
Correct, and the signer doesn't work for sis for S60 v3, at least not on that tool, so this is just a complete waste.
