Software doesn't work

Hi! I'm new here. I just got my own N73. Anyway, I have a big problem. I can install .jar files on a phone but I can't install all symbian applications on it - from original CD yes and from nokia home page too, but not the others - like I've tried to install Ultra MP3 - original player is a piece of crap - but every time i tried, there was a message: program xxxx is not supported. Please help, thx.

menu | Tools | App. mgr | Options | Settings | Software installation | All

And make sure the Symbian apps are for S60 3rd Edition (or specifically for the N73 or other S60 3rd Ed. based devices); apps for S60 2nd Ed. or 1st Ed. will not run on any 3rd Ed. device.

I've done it all right. It just doesn't work. I've tried with a dozen different applications. And I've just noticed that when I'm taking a picture, the screen is much more blue (well, the picture on the screen) than after looking it in a gallery.

You won't find any more nicer !!

Just show a little respect, give as much info as you can and many people will bend over backwards to help you.

Just be respectful.

AKAIK, Ultra MP3 (which isn't a patch on the N73 ME Music Player) is only available up to Series60 v2. The N73 is V3 and no V2 or V1 software will work on it. I think that solves your problem.

As for your camera screen, read the manual because the camera on the N73 is a very detailed bit of kit with lots of settings and variables. There is also a good tutorial in the Features section of this site. Worth a read.

i'm not flaming...

but whenever u keep saying original something is ringing in my head saying that u are trying to install a pirated copy 😮 😮 ok don't take it serious 🙄
