3250 cannot receive network messages

my 3250 cannot receive network messages. i use 02 and when i type #10# instead seeing how much i have left i get 'done'. how do i rectify this . so i ned to reset it.if so how pls help.

I Have also this problem.I formatted my phone,but it was not ok.May be its software problem.Go in a service cnntre. center
