Is it necessary to upgrade the FW?

Is it necessary to uopgrade my phone FW whenever there is a newer version?

What if my old version i had and the phone is working fine with it? Do i upgrade it?

Absolutely not necessary. I find 3.16 more buggy than 3.12 i had. If the Version u have is fine, stick with it.

By the way... this precice question was asked erlier..only recently. Do kindly make searches on the topics u might want to create new threads on. Most issues have already been dealt with.
