Dear People,

i have a sony ericson m600i. Since this afternoon, a message "Memory Corrupt D:" keeps popping up now and then. and ever since, the reaction time of my phone is very very very slow and sometines it just freezes. i have tried to switch off and on again many times. but problem still persists. Please help!!

D: is your memory stick - I've had this message before when mine wasn't quite properly clicked into place, so you might want to try that? Maybe take it out, check the contacts for dust etc, and then pop it back in as firmly as you can (you might need to use a finger nail to click it all the way in).

I did have the same problem with the standard 64mb M2 card and I couldnt get it to work so I did buy a new SanDisk 512mb card and it works great :icon14:
