Downloaded apps lock up ....

until I remove the memory card. I purchased a n93 about 3 weeks ago. This is my first Symbian-based phone. I've installed several applications (clock, diet, expense), but each time I download a new app or transfer a file (pics, music, data) to the memory card (512mb), none of the apps will work until I remove the memory card. This even happened after the battery died.:frown:

The first time this happened, I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I thought there was something wrong with the particular app. I started tracking when this happened, and now it appears to happen after I do anything that affects the memory card: new app, new file, or now, even a battery drain.

I don't even have to completely remove the memory card; just reseat it. I know this isn't a show stopper, but it is slightly annoying.

Comments?

I have several things on the memory card....music, pics, apps (installed), wallpaper. Can I copy them off, re-format the card, and then move them back, or do I have to re-install everything?

The brand is a SanDisk 512MB.
