installing themes

I just got a new N73 this week and was excited to start installing themes on it. However any websites I have gotten themes from (100's of them) all say "certificate error. Please contact the supplier" I download the theme. double click it, it asks me to finish the install on the phone. I then click yes on the phone and am given the above mentioned message each time. What is going on? Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks,

Go to Tools > App Mgr

In App Manager, go to Settings and change "Software Installation" to "All"

I do not have that option in my settings menu. Tried both a soft reinstall and a hard reinstall and it still is not there. maybe on purpose from the nice folks here in Japan (Softbank) ANy suggestions???

I think that is the case, network operator change the general software of phone😡
