I am trying to backup and remove my text messages from my phone using the Phone Browser Export facility.
It worked perfectly with the first batch of SMS's, I backed up and then emptied the Inbox on the phone. Since then I can't get the phone browser to update the new SMS's I have since moved out of the My Folders folder and into the Inbox.
Can anyone suggest how I can refresh the view to see the newly moved into inbox text messages?
I have rebooted both the phone (with and without the cable connected, in and out of phone browser and all of those combinations) and machine a few times. I have also reinstalled the phone pc suite support, checked for the latest version of PC Suite and Firmware Versions.
