Not yet. Psiloc are writing one but it's not out for weeks:icon13:

No such package - seems that Psiloc have given up.

Having used such packages before though, they're generally useless - the range of the IRDa port on the phone is good for a few inches, making it pathetic for use as a TV remote. Just buy an all-in-one for a tenner, will do as good a job.
