I noticed that SanDisk now has a 4 Gb SDHC miniSD card.
Should I expect any issues when moving to a 4 Gb mini SD card?

N73 or N71 are not compatible with that card, because it is miniSD HC... For now, only come DSC cameras can handle with HC cards.
Yeah, you are right mate!
And if U find a 4 gb-mini SD card don't use because it will make your N73 as slow as a snale!

Not if its a fast one, it won't .... but then again, quite a few of the "4 gig" cards out there are actually rebadged/formatted/fudged 2gig cards. Caveat emptor .... but the Sandisk cards are generally fine.
of course, there is also the issue that the N73s firmware may not support cards over 2gig anyways.
A little while back I picked up one of these for my camera and for some reason or other it did not occur to me to try it in my N73. 🙄 Doh!
Well I have now done the necessary and can confirm that the N73 will NOT recognise it despite formatting and a few other things I've tried. :frown:
I have succesfully transferred over 3.5GB of photos & other stuff onto the card so it is definately NOT a rebadged 2GB card. The N73 just will not work with the 4GB card.
Fortunately I have a couple of spare 2GB cards to load all my applications, oggs & viewranger files onto so for the time being, all I have to do is swap cards occasionally.
I'm hoping that this might be addressed in a future firmware update but I'm not holding my breath...

Good to know. So for N73 and for N95 also, the limit is 2G. And like you said, is not with firmware Im afraid. Is with N7x and N9x, new versions, across 2007... More, a lot more, only for now, with N91 8G😊
